Yesterday Waka Flocka Flame got pulled over for a routine traffic stop in Atlanta. When the police officer approached his SUV he caught a contact high. With obvious probable cause, the vehicle was searched and the cops found a small stash. Waka was cited for possession of less than 1 ounce of weed and failure to wear a seat belt and because the cops were still buzzing, Waka was released.
